got up early again and met emily, aine, and brittany at the conference.
wasn't impressed with the first speaker. but the second was amazing. he was talking about what the liverpool philharmonic is doing with this underprivileged primary school. every child and adult at the school is learning an instrument and playing as a school wide orchestra. this program sounds amazing. i want to go to liverpool and see this.
the afternoon sessions were by the voices foundation. some good singing stuff. sang a WMD song even. but conference turned out to be good (was a bit fearful from the first person, but then it definitely changed).
was interesting to have so many tea breaks.
met back up with alison and the four of us went to dinner by st pauls and then came back to uni.
