Current Issues partner presentations. whoo, that's done with now. awesome. i think aine and i did really well. everybody actually. i think we all did well and everyone's was really interesting. generated a lot of great discussion too.
was a loooong day of class but it was really good.
i kind of wish that our other professors were there to listen besides just nigel. because we actually carried out research projects and i think it would have been nice. although i'm also really glad that at the end, he offered some feedback.
only had about an hour before steel pans rehearsal which i thought i was going to miss to be a video director. but i ended up not going to AA and had some pizza with Brit, Emily, and Carlos prior to rehearsal. I'm really glad i was able to go to rehearsal. And it was a good rehearsal. I played well (which after last week's advanced session of feeling super unable to play.
Hopefully the filming went well with the kids. tomorrow's time at AA will be video editing. and i guess filming robert. hope it all goes well. i really want us to be finalists for this barclays competition. our idea is strong. we now have a name - the total tale of music - and i think our answers are strong. i'm hoping that we'll prevail over the people who have submitted not-great ideas, without videos, and also those who submitted their business names spelled incorrectly.
here's hoping.

you for real made no mention of the historic political events of the day happening right there in london town?!?! steve and i were watching it live on BBC and i was wondering if you were in town to witness it...clearly not.
