met with brittany to discuss teaching options in the fall
met with aine for our CI project
went to cubscouts meeting.
we played some football and then a modified version of cricket. leave it to a cub scouts meeting to give me a crash course introduction to the sport. of course it was assumed that i knew a. how to play and b. that i would keep score well. as in "okay same teams, amanda you keep score for your team and ben you keep score for yours"
anyway, you rack up points quite quickly - especially in their modified version. i only got 2 points i think before getting out.
successfully transitioned from cubscout meeting to reverso gig and even made it on time. accomplished by catching the bus straight away and then tube to monto water rats. gig was a lot of fun. it'd been more than a month since i'd seen abner or rachel and it was great to get to see everyone socially. gig was fun too.
