5dec: saturday

again a bit of sleeping in. then it was hard to decide what we were going to do. still with two options, we set out on the 72 bus. we decided to go to the wetlands centre. this was an enjoyable trip. we met two lovely volunteers and took a guided trip around part of the centre.

from there we walked around barnes and then headed up to hammersmith. with a bit of shopping with far too many people in the stores, we headed back and made some dinner.

mmm noodles from a box that alison brought. and she got really excited about the sausages she bought from the convenience store.

i then got ready for the charity event. and she worked on packing.

trip took awhile. the bus terminated so then i had to wait for the next one to continue. then i walked the wrong way, but found the bar after i turned around to walk the other way. while i was sad that i ended up going alone, it was a nice event. i'm glad i was able to see ahnna one more time. and i did have a nice time hanging out with some of her friends that i've met before. i was hoping for a win with my photo, but that didn't happen. danny's got some votes too, but he didn't win either.

and was able to bus home to get a few hours of sleep before our trip in the morning.
